About Me

WORKING WITH LADIES DURING MIDLIFE

 

I am a self-employed Personal Trainer in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, working with ladies during midlife. It was over 20 years ago when I became a qualified Personal Health and Fitness Trainer as I so wanted to share my love of exercise with others, whilst at the same time encourage people to get fitter and healthier by changing their lifestyles.

 

I have been a member of various gyms for 3 decades, training around 5 days a week, and on my rest days, ensuring I am still active by taking long brisk walks. My dream was to have my own gym and this came true two years ago, which is where I work from daily.

What I Do

  My mission is to share my passion for health & fitness & ultimately help ladies fall in love with exercise.

​

I love working with my ladies to help them make a positive change to their lifestyle & overall health & to make fitness fun, it shouldn't be a fad or a chore.

​

I currently do 1:1 Personal Training *(with ladies only), & online sessions via Zoom.

The invaluable icing on the cake (and why she stands apart from many others) is she is a bundle of fun and energy which is extremely contagious.
