I am a self-employed Personal Trainer in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham, working mainly with women. It was over 20 years ago when I became a qualified Personal Health and Fitness Trainer as I so wanted to share my love of exercise with others, whilst at the same time encourage people to get fitter and healthier by changing their lifestyles. I have been a member of various gyms for 3 decades, training around 5 days a week, and on my rest days, ensuring I am still active by taking long brisk walks. My dream was to have my own gym and this came true two years ago, which is where I work from daily.
What I Do
My mission is to share my passion for health and fitness and ultimately help people fall in love with exercise.
I love working with my clients to help them make a positive change to their lifestyle and overall health and to make fitness fun, it shouldn’t be a fad or a chore.
I currently do 1:1 Personal Training from my Happy Hut Gym and an Online Cardio Class on Saturday 9.30am .
