Fitness Training e.g. Marathons, Golf, Cycling, Rowing and Charity Sports Events
Health Appraisal, Fitness Testing and Flexibility Analysis Outdoor activities including
Circuit Training, Running and Walking. Sports Massage Therapy & Rehabilitation for
people in the West Midlands including Birmingham, Streetly, Sutton Coldfield, Lichfield,
Little Aston, Aldridge, Walsall and surrounding areas.
I offer those who hate public gyms the chance to get fit in the comfort of my fully equipped
private gym. I also get clients out in the fresh air by and organising outdoor activities
such as walking, jogging, running and circuit training in the local park
Qualifications & Membership of Professional Bodies: Premier Training International's
Diploma (Dip PT), Premier Training International's Taping and Strapping Certificate,
London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) - Introductory Sports Massage Certificate,
NSMI Sports First Aid Certificate
Fully Equipped Private Gym or Home Training: Workout in my private gym which has all the
equipment needed for an effective workout fitness training - including a treadmill,
exercise bike, Concept II rower, elliptical cross-trainer, Swiss balls, punch bag,
free weights and more... Or, I can train with you in your own home.
Personal one-to-one approach: I treat all clients on a one-to-one basis. My portfolio
of clients covers all ages and fitness levels, both men and women.Your own tailored
workout programme is designed to meet individual goals. My programmes meet a variety of
fitness objectives including Increased Cardiovascular Fitness, Weight Loss, Weight/Muscle
Gain, Sports Specific and Endurance Training, General Fitness and Toning, Core Stability.

Fitness Consultation and Evaluation: A Full Health and Fitness Appraisal including a
Lifestyle Screening Questionnaire. Fitness Test including Blood Pressure, Resting Heart
Rate, Body Fat, Body Mass Index, Flexibility, and Core Strength. Agree Fitness Objectives
and Goals. Discusses Weight Management. Constant Evaluation and Monitorsing of Results
Insurance: Public Liability and Indemnity Insurance as well as a NSMI Sports First Aid
and CPR certificate.
